• 100 MB is included free with every workspace.
• Everything counts — but text is tiny. Chats, emails, attachments and files all count toward storage. The 100 MB free tier still stores countless chats and emails.
• Packs are rolling monthly. Downgrading never deletes data — it pauses new uploads at the limit.
• You’re warned at 85% usage. There is never a hard stop mid-conversation.

• Credits never expire.
• Spent only when AI actually works — a draft or a fetch that returns nothing costs nothing.
• Soft limit (pause + notify) is on by default; set a hard limit in Settings → Billing.
• When empty, AI pauses immediately and prompts a top-up. The inbox, CRM and mail never stop.

D. Watermark

The website widget shows a Powered by Onsites AI badge while you’re on the free tier. Your first payment — any extra seat or any AI top-up — removes it permanently.

E. Invoices

• Payments are processed by our payment provider (Stripe) in USD.
• Invoices are available in Settings → Billing → Invoices, issued on each payment.
• Seats bill monthly (prorated daily on the first month); storage packs bill monthly, rolling; AI credits bill once at purchase and never recur.
• Self-hosted deployments are invoiced annually ($15/seat/month, 10 seats minimum), outside the usage meters above. The customer provides the AI model and the storage; installation, updates and support are included.
